Microsoft Project 2003 / 2007 / 2010
Two Day Introduction Course

DESCRIPTION :

This course aims to introduce the learner to Microsoft Project (2003, 2007 or 2010) and helps them manage a large range of projects, from small to large scale. It covers the important aspects of dealing with tasks and resources and pays particular and crucial attention to problem areas that often arise when using a computer to help manage projects.

There is enough material for 2.5 days of training. This gives the trainer some flexibility to aim the course at the appropriate level for the participants.

If you are an experienced project manager with a good grasp of Microsoft Project, there is an Advanced 2 day course available, but is rarely requested - the Intro course covers most of the bases.

PRE-REQUISITES :

This course is designed for participants with little or no knowledge of Microsoft Project. However, some experience with other Microsoft programs would be beneficial.
