Complete Beginners - Microsoft Windows XP / Vista / 7
This course is designed for new computer users. It is designed to get participants up-and-running in the computer age. It cuts through all the terminology and explains in simple terms how the Windows operating system works and behaves. This course is a good precursor to other Introduction courses like Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.
There are no pre-requisites, as long as you can find the power button on the computer.

Microsoft Word 2003 / 2007 / 2010 for Beginners
This course is designed for users who have had little or no exposure to Microsoft Word 2007. Microsoft Word 2003 / 2007 for Beginners teaches the techniques that are required to put together a basic document. By the end of this course, participants will have the tools to create a decent-looking document which includes features like bullet lists, tables and pictures, and be able to edit, save, retrieve and print them.
Participants should be familiar with the Windows operating system and comfortable using a keyboard and mouse.

Microsoft Outlook 2003 / 2010 for Beginners
This course is designed to introduce users with little or no experience of Outlook to demonstrate the different components that are available. Microsoft Outlook 2003 / 2007 for Beginners Program offers so much more than e-mail. As well as learning how to send, receive and manage e-mail, participants will be shown how to create appointments, arrange meetings, set tasks for themselves or others and maintain their own private list of contacts.
Participants should be familiar with the Windows operating system. There are no other pre-requisites. This course starts from the ground up and works from the assumption that users have little or no experience of Outlook.

Microsoft Excel 2003 / 2007 / 2010 for Beginners
This course is designed for users who have had little or no exposure to Microsoft Excel. It teaches the basic techniques that are required to put together a basic worksheet. By the end of this course, participants will have the tools to enter a variety of data, create simple formulas, format the worksheet, create simple charts and be able to edit, save, retrieve and print their work.
Participants should be familiar with the Windows operating system and comfortable using a keyboard and mouse.
